The food was ok. Service was good.
Not enough help. Can't handle a large crowd of ppl. We had to wait so long for a pizza. Brought ticket to be paid befored we even ate. Prices were not clearly stated..
They do not have to worry about us visiting their establishment again, not that they seem too concerned with customers, anyway.
I haven't been to this Pizza Hut in a year. Never had an order right from them. After it happened on the 12th time I contacted regional manager because the manager at this spot was awful. That person gave me a free order but hell even the free order wasn't right. These people just give you what they want to give you and never do it how you want. Don't waste your money at Pizza Hut in Moss Point. Thanks to their lazy workers that never get disciplined I don't care for pizza hut any longer!!!
My children and I were in here tonight and my youngest walked out without his sweater(as six year olds often do)I noticed within less then ten minutes. I called and they claim they didn’t see it . I went in there and it still couldn’t be found. My older children reminded me we took pictures while we were there sure enough it was in his hands in the pictures. When I called back the manager Rich was sooooooo rude about the situation. I don’t like to make accusations but I know it didn’t disappear into thin air!
Always friendly and helpful, with fresh pizza brought out regularly.
